Spring House Estates, a picturesque 58-acre retirement community in Lower Gwynedd, PA, is home to WillowBrooke Court, our skilled nursing center that provides top-notch, individualized care. Previously, our skilled care services were primarily available to existing residents of Spring House Estates, but we have now opened our doors to welcome new individuals directly into our skilled care center.

Our skilled nursing facility in Lower Gwynedd, PA is staffed by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who deliver quality care with a personal touch.
