Who is Eligible for Memory Care?
Memory care is intended for individuals experiencing memory loss, typically due to conditions like Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. Eligibility is based on the individual’s need for specialized care and support in managing their cognitive impairment. Residents moving into Spring House Estates submit medical records, complete a medical assessment, and provide necessary information for a financial assessment. Our memory care experts can assist you in determining eligibility.
